Angelescu`s family Mansion, Rafov village, Prahova county

The mansion is located at a distance of about 45 km from Bucharest, in the town of Rafov. Immediately near the mansion is the A3 motorway, with access to the highway.

The building was built in 1937. It is not a historic monument. It belonged to a family of boyars in the area, the Angelescu family, related to what the heiress said, with the Cantacuzino family. 

Besides, the 2 mansions were built near each other. 

This domain was sold to the current owners in 2007 by the granddaughter of the boyar.

After the acquisition of the building, the roof was restored, respecting the original architecture, with the red metal tile. So are the annexes. 

The mansion has a surface of 300 sqm and a land area of 10,000 sqm*. 

The other building, the annexes, have a similar area of 300 sqm. 

* There is the possibility of additional land area.

Within these annexes were the servants' rooms but in the communist regime in those buildings were accommodated the soldiers who came and worked the land around the waterfront (there was an office headquarters IASI). 

The annexes were transformed into bedrooms, warehouses, dining room, shower space, kitchen, etc. 

The annexes also have a cellar, very generous, wine cellar type.

There are 2 garages built on the related land, there is a very wide and very beautiful alley, with tall poplars on one side of the alley. 

The mansion is not built on the street, it is located somewhere in the middle of the field. 

There is also a fruit orchard. 

The mansion is surrounded by viran land and has only one neighbor, at a distance, and only on one side of the mansion, which owns a small metal construction factory. 

Dream of the mansion are built various villas. 

The mansion does not have the utilities. It's electric current in the mansion, functional. 

Recently, the gas pipeline was brought to the village, the road was paved and the pavements were put on the pedestrian area.
